Decorated endpapers showing interior of Briner home pristine, decorated title page, frontispiece "Gretel's New Skates," total 9 illustrations=7plus frontispiece and cover illustraton. No interior marks, No bookplate, No writing, etc. 2 pages have small tear at bottom where pages were originally cut, otherwise pristine. Binding is tight as new. Unusual to find in this condition.
